Shipping and Handling
Standard Delivery -
We do our best to fulfill all orders same day! Standard postage and handling is a flat rate of $9.95 for deliveries anywhere in Australia.
Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Please allow 2-7 business days for standard delivery within Australia however, remote areas may be slightly longer.
Free Shipping -
Spend $70 or more to receive FREE standard shipping anywhere in Australia.
Express Delivery -
We do offer an Express Delivery option at a flat rate of $14.95 for deliveries anywhere in Australia.
Express delivery is shipped via Australia Post Express which normally arrives next day in most major cities across Australia.
International Shipping -
We do ship internationally. Please check the shipping rate at checkout (based on your location).
If you have any issues with your delivery, please email us at info@samsonlabs.com.au and quote your order number or contact the courier directly through your tracking link.
We process and dispatch orders promptly, shipping fees cover the cost of packing, handling, and delivery and are non-refundable once an order has been placed.
For missing deliveries, we are more than happy to assist you. Please note that all claims are subject to courier confirmation.
Returns and Refunds
At Samson Labs, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and endeavour to help you achieve the best possible results! We aim to make your experience with us smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
If you do not achieve your desired results, please contact us at info@samsonlabs.com.au and we will be more than happy to help you with your specific situation.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, used or opened products are not eligible for return. Refunds are offered in line with Australian consumer law if an item is faulty or damaged.
If a product has been delivered correctly but does not meet personal expectations, refunds may be issued at our discretion. Photos and video of the product in use / before and after may be required.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days from receipt of the returned product.
Shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds regardless of whether the customer paid for shipping or not.
Please also note that returns and refunds will not be considered after 14 days from date of order.
Results disclaimer
Individual results may vary depending on hair type, scalp condition, application method, and usage. Outcomes are subjective and can differ between users.

Order Cancellation / Changes
Once you have placed your order, we cannot cancel it or change it in any way. Our order processing is automated, so please check your order contents and your address details etc are correct before you place it.
Our shipping is FAST. This means if you make a mistake with your order, by the time you realise or let us know, your items will already be packed, labelled and shipped and so we won't be able to make any changes.
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us via info@samsonlabs.com.au and we will assist you with a return and replacement.
Please note that there may be additional charges that you will have to bear if the mistake was yours.
Change of Mind
According to Australian Consumer Law, a customer is entitled to a refund if the goods are faulty or damaged. This does not apply if the consumer has a change of mind.
Damaged or Incomplete Delivery
All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.
In the event you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery via info@samsonlabs.com.au and we will endeavour to rectify the problem immediately.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
